Nobody likes pain. The better part of it is that there are a number of pain-relieving yoga poses that you can engage in.

Before I start discussion with you, let me introduce with Joint Essential - Its all about healthy joints and bones.

Just Few Hours Ago, I found one helpful article about "Knee Pain Relief with help of 8 Yoga Poses" - More details at Joint Essential

Yoga is known to have many benefits such as relieving stress, improving balance, stamina, energy, and flexibility. Recent studies have shown that yoga can also aid in easing constipation.

Butterfly Pose :-

Since last three months I tried this one.

This aids in easing hip pain.

To assume the pose you need to sit on a blanket or on the floor then bring the soles of your feet together. You should than spread your knees so that your legs form a diamond shape.

You should then slowly lower your knees while keeping your back straight and your shoulders relaxed. You should maintain in this position until you feel tension building. For a gentler relief, it's recommended that you place pillows and blocks beneath your outer knees.

Seated Poses :-

Seated yoga poses are great to increase your hips and lower back flexibility. This helps to strengthen you back and help to reduce back pain and back problems. Seated poses also adds suppleness to your spine, groin, knees and ankles. One very important advantage of these poses is that they will help your breathing, allowing you to breathe deeply resulting in a calmness and feeling of peace.

Balance or Santulan poses are intended for improving body posture, muscle toning, concentration and co-ordination. It aims at strengthening the spine and obtaining control on it to stop you from falling an increasing your stamina. However, these type are poses should be performed only by advice of and in presence of yoga experts.
